Wellbeing
At NGYT we aim to promote, prioritise and embed good positive mental health, wellbeing and welfare practices for every member of our team, groups and companies. By prioritising good wellbeing practices, we facilitate a safe environment to address barriers to wellbeing support and needs. In addition, we endeavour to support and signpost our members and parents/carers to appropriate services to respond to any wellbeing difficulties. Our charity partner is Young Minds UK.
